8centric collaborates with an organization that does domestic violence prevention. The goal here is to create an efficient communication pathway between the survivors and the support staff. The traditional way of direct dialing someone is antiquated and unreliable. 8centric created an app that can link a survivor with a live support staff as soon as 10 seconds.
The app houses the availability of the 50+ support staff across the southwestern states that speak 20+ languages and offers an array of skillsets. The interactive map below demonstrate the touchpoints that a survivor would experience while using the app. Take for instance, the user opens the app and say “I am being attacked” in Vietnamese, the app would reach out to all the Vietnamese speakers of the 200+ support staff that manage crisis and whoever answers first would be connected to the user.
